Luce Secondo’s journey began in downtown Norfolk when I realized people loved my cooking as much as I did. What started as a simple passion for food evolved into a dream of creating a finer dining experience with white tablecloths and a serious commitment to taste.
Our little martini bar grew into something more - a place where we embrace European-style dining, where everything is made by hand from scratch. We hunt for the best ingredients and mix Italian flavors from various regions to create unique dishes.
